The Shopping Cart is where the items you choose to buy are located and stored before you checkout. To view your shopping cart, click the ‘My Cart’ tab on the top right portion of your screen. To add items to your cart, simply select an item you want and click ‘add to cart’ on the product page. Once in your cart, you can modify the quantity of the items you have added, remove items, enter coupons and discounts, and select your shipping type.
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase and added them to your cart, you can complete your order. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to begin the quick and simple 3-4 step process of checking out and placing your order. You will be asked for some contact and billing information. If you are placing a prescription order, you may be asked to enter some information about your pet and veterinarian so we can ensure the accuracy of your prescription order. Next review your order, make sure everything is correct, and click ‘submit’. Print the receipt for your records. We will also e-mail you a copy of your order to keep for your records.
Once your order is complete you will see a receipt on your screen that you can print. We will also e-mail you a receipt confirming your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a link to track the progress of your package. You can check the progress of your order anytime by visiting PetCareRx.com and logging into your account.

Currently we cannot ship prescription orders outside of the United States, but we are able to ship all other orders internationally. We do ship both prescription and non-prescription orders to APO/FPO addresses.
What good are low prices, a wide selection, and knowledgeable service without quick shipping? Orders of in-stock, non-prescription items placed before 2pm EST will usually ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for prescription order processing. You should expect any order shipped via standard shipping to arrive at your door within 3-7 business days. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All Next Day and Second Day orders are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping is $5.99, Second Day shipping is $17.99, and next day shipping is $23.99. Please note that prescription items with second/next day shipping will not ship until the prescription is approved first.
Ordering refills with PetCareRx is as simple as 1-2-3! If you have placed an order with PetCareRx in the past, you can simply log into your account, view your past orders, and add items straight to your current shopping cart.
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please call us toll free at 1-800-844-1427 as soon as possible. If your order has yet to ship, we can cancel it free of charge, no questions asked. If your order has shipped before you call to cancel, you will need to request a return and your order will be subject to our return policy. To learn more about our return policy, see below.
We proudly stand behind all our products. At PetCareRx.com, we are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied. You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.
- You should email us at customerservice@PetCareRx.com, or call us at (800) 844-1427 and request a return code. Please provide an explanation of why your product needs to be returned.
- Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be either unopened or in otherwise new condition to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.
- We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. PetCareRx.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at PetCareRx.com.
Note: Due to general health considerations, we regret that there can be no returns on food, vaccines, medication or embroidered products. Also, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
